The condition of your toothbrush deteriorates with the passage of time and you must keep in mind to change it every three to four months. If you are a big fan of soft drinks and don’t want to stop their consumption, then it’s better to use a straw for that. By using a straw you can prevent your teeth from coming in contact with the acid (which harms your teeth)contained in the drink.

Apart from that, frequent consumption of snacks and chewing gums is also very harmful to your oral health.
